She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley T. Dow, Sr. and Patricia Dow (Mansfield); and her siblings, James M. Dow, Wayne R. Dow, Carol L. Dow and Deborah Dow Kemp.
She is survived by: her son Walter E. Harmon V (Heidi); her grandchildren, Isabella of West Baldwin, Lillian of West Baldwin, Dalilah of West Baldwin and Walter VI of West Baldwin; her brothers, Manley T. Dow Jr. (Pamela Goode) of Westbrook and Stephen G. Dow of Buxton; her brother-in-law Mike Kemp of Pasonsfield; and her nephew Jay.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest City Cemetery (232 Lincoln St, South Portland, ME 04106).
