It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bruce Abbott (South Portland, Maine), born in Rochester, New Hampshire, who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Abbott. He is survived by: his mother Martha Abbott; his wife Jean; his children, Bob Jr. (Tina), Josh, Crystal, Jodi (Elliott Howell), Jacob (Bekka Bean) and Kate (Josh Arnaudin); his grandchildren, Karli, Chloe, Lidia, Hayden and Bailey; and his brothers, Barry Abbott (Cathy) and Bernard Abbott (Mindy).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in his name to the North Berwick Rescue, P O Box 324, North Berwick, ME 03906 to establish a scholarship in his memory.
