We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 76, Richard E. Belanger of South Portland, Maine, born in Bath, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edgar Belanger and Barbara Elizabeth Belanger (Tasker); and his sister Barbara Belanger (Patricia Corey). He is survived by: his wife Julie Belanger; his children, Lori Roop, Eric Belanger, Sarah Belanger and John Belanger; his stepdaughter Heather Fillebrown; and his friend Brian Binette.
