He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip F Cheney Sr. and Adelma (Hood). He is survived by: his children, Sandra Boutin (Norman) of Standish, ME., Philip F Cheney III (Denise) of Arnold, MO and Joyce Cheney of South Portland, ME; and his granddaughters, Stephanie Boutin of Orlando, FL, Veronica Cheney of Arnold, MO and Adele Small of South Portland, ME..
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the South Portland Community Center (21 Nelson Rd, South Portland, ME 04106).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to the Animal Welfare Society.
