He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Leacy Hay. He is survived by: his parents, John Hay and Effie Hay (Knowlton) of Westbrook; his daughters, Susan Hay Clevenger and Sharon Hay of Jamestown, RI.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Godley Esposito (Tyler) and Peter Godley; his great grandchild Tucker Esposito; and his sisters, Deborah Bird of Gorham, Dorcas Hurd of Westminster, MA and Tabitha Fournier (Steve) of Johns Island, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or a local charity of your choice.
