He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas A. Young, Sr. and Sarah M. Ferrin; his wife Barbara F. Marsh; his sisters, Joan Palmer and Sally Jordan; his daughter Maureen Kissack; and his brother-in-law James Jordan.

He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Young Littlefield of South Portland, ME and Timothy Young (Consuelo Sanchez) of Wilbraham, MA; and his son-in-law Bruno Kissack. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandson.

Donations in his memory may be made to Northern Light Home Care and Hospice or The American Red Cross.
