He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Butler and Dorothy Butler; his daughter Sandra Berry; and his wife Sandra West Butler. He is survived by: his brothers, Frank and Kimball; his former wife Louise Mansfield; his close friend Larry West; his daughters, Maria Moustrouphis of Portland and Judy Dupuis of Buxton; and his grandchildren, Jillian Dupuis of Buxton, Alex Moustrouphis of Portland, Malerie Dow of Hollis, Sarah Muldrum of Raymond, Kristen Grimaldi of Portland, Rebecca Joseloff of New York and Elizabeth Zielinski of South Portland. He is also survived by 16 greatgrandchildren.
