It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Anthony Koelnych of South Portland, Maine, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Michael, Florence Koelnych of Cumberland, RI and Pauline Riendeau of Woonsocket, RI; and his pet Nemo. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Koelnych and Doris Koelnych of Walden, VT.; his siblings, Liz (Jose) of Roslindale, MA and Becka (Mike) of Kirby, VT.; and his nieces and nephews, Finnley and McKinley of Kirby, VT.. He is also survived by his family, extended family, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a local food shelf, dog shelter or place of recovery.
