He is survived by: his parents, Thomas K. Brown, Sr. and Susan Rice Brown of South Portland; his siblings, Thomas K. Brown, Jr. of Portland and Sabrina Elizabeth Joy Mitchell (Brown); his nieces, Lilie and Madelynn of Bingham; his aunts, Sally Newell of Richmond, Shirley Minster of Dowling Park, Florida. and Judy Brown of Davis; and his uncle Keith.
