He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Clinton Leavitt Jr. and Barbara Ann Leavitt (Nichols). He is survived by: his wife Grace Everest of South Portland; his stepson Shawn Everest-Ortiz; his stepmother Ella Leavitt of Topsham; and his sisters, Mary Leavitt Goulette (Rene) of South Bristol, Ella Leavitt Anderson (Victor) of Topsham and Tricia Leavitt of Bath.
