It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Lee Jordan Werner of South Portland, Maine, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Jordan (Fuller) and George Wilson Jordan; her husband John C. Werner; her daughter Catherine E. "Kitty" Werner; her granddaughter Shelley Palmer LaCourse; and her brother Benjamin "Ted" Jordan.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann L. Werner Palmer; her sister Margaret Jordan Nelson; her grandchildren, William J. "BJ" Palmer and Tanjia Beaupre; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Chapman, Christopher LaCourse, Patrick Palmer, Shawn Palmer and Siera Beaupre; and her great great grandchildren, Maddon, Owen, Kenley, Joel, Clementine, Cameron and Haley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and caring neighbors.
In lieu of flowers those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Marj's name are asked to consider Hospice of Southern Maine.
