He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick James Johnson and Mary Agnes McCarthy (Johnson); his siblings, Frederick James Johnson and Janice Ruth Connors; and his cocker spaniel Willie.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Johnson; and his children, Vicki Leighton (Greg Leighton) of Cumberland, ME, Blaine Johnson (Keri-Ann Johnson) of Lyman, ME, Lance Johnson (Tara Schlehuber-Johnson), Heidi Johnson of Portland, ME, Craig Johnson (Nicole Johnson) of Scarborough, ME and Brett Johnson (Amy Johnson) of Ayer, MA. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hobbs Funeral Home (230 Cottage Rd, South Portland, ME 04106). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
