He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Pelkey of Millinocket. He is survived by: his mother Penny Lowell of Windham; and his siblings, Terry DeRoche (Roxane Coron) of Louisiana, Christian Grygent (Edward) of Massachusetts, Jackie McLaughlin and Michelle Chackan.
