It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Willette of South Portland, Maine, born in Limestone, Maine, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. Sr. Willette and Eva M. Willette (King); his siblings, Stanley M. Willette, Walter B. "Junior" Willette Jr., Daniel R. Willette, Gordon J. Willette, Theresa Johnscher and Rita Reiff; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Stewart and Fred Johnscher.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn (Kristy Willette), Ryan (Carrie Willette) and Lauren Willette of South Portland; his grandchildren, Braydon of Caribou, Landon Willette of Caribou, Nora Willette of Glenburn, Carson Veinote of Glenburn, Kaydence Doughty of Fort Fairfield, Kayla Hawco of Fort Fairfield and Eva Rose Willette of Fort Fairfield; his siblings, Gerald L. Willette (Becky), Clara Cranmer (Dave) of Pennsylvania, Lorraine Stewart of South Weymouth, MA and Diane Natishak (Dave) of Peru, NY; and his sister-in-law Ellen Willette of Randolph, MA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
