He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Blizzard of Florida; his daughter Amber Birmingham of South Portland; and his siblings, Kathy of Alabama, Patti of Florida, Deedy of Old Town and Garrett of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
