He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine Groff; his daughters, Lindsay Barrett and Sarah Hanson; his sons-in-law, Austin Barrett and Matt Hanson; his grandchildren, Connor of Cape Elizabeth, Andrew of Cape Elizabeth, Miles of Cape Elizabeth, Natalie of Cape Elizabeth, Paige Barrett of Cape Elizabeth, Molly of Cape Elizabeth, Simon of Cape Elizabeth and Lydia Hanson of Cape Elizabeth; his parents, Joseph Halsey Groff, Jr. (Helen Gould Groff) and NJ; and his brother Rod.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Saint Alban's Church (885 Shore Rd, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107).
