He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orlando Alvarez and Julia Alvarez; his wife Linda; his children, Rachel (Jamie Flaherty) and Kevin (Stacy Alvarez); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Julia, Maggie and William; his siblings, Rebeca and Roberto (Marcy); and also Jose.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Turning Point Program at Maine Medical Center.
