He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle, Kelly and Kathy; his grandchildren, Melissa, Joshua, Ashley, Brittney, Colton, Nicholas, Colby, Alexis, Tasha and Jenna; and his brother Stephen. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
