He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maller and Barbara Maller. He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Thompson, Dale Pflieger (Mike Pflieger), Joyce Maller (William Hume) and Jeannine Maller (Steve Parker). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
