She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Joys and Catherine A. Joys (Maher). She is survived by: her grandson Max; her husband David P. Roy of South Portland; her sons, Nicholas D. Roy of South Portland and Alexander J. Roy; her siblings, Christina B. Joys of South Portland, James Joys of Scarborough and Scott (Cheryl Joys) of Scarborough; and her grandson Maximus A. Roy of South Portland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
