He was predeceased by: his father James "Bud" Finley Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Jean Finley (Cushing); his siblings, Cynthia (Ben Braasch), Colleen (Chris Olsen), Claudia (Bubba Foster), Charlene (Jim Stewart), Mark Finley and Sean; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Finley.
