He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Parmenter Mardin and Alvin James Mardin. He is survived by: his son Timothy (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Katie Chase (Ryan), Stephen Mardin (Huong), Julia Miner (Patrick) and Ben Mardin (Alli Cormier); and his great grandchildren, Emily Osolin, Everett, Alexander, Rosalie, Evelyn and Marcella.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hobbs Funeral Home (230 Cottage Rd, South Portland, ME 04106). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Maine Military Museum (50 Peary Terrace, South Portland, ME 04106). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Forest City Cemetery (232 Lincoln St, South Portland, ME 04106).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Special Olympics, the Maine Military Museum or the American Legion.
