Helen Howland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2022, at the age of 92, Helen Howland of South Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Abel Norton, Jr. and Ethel O'Donnell Norton; her former husband Frederick W. Howland, Jr. of Falmouth; and her siblings, Charlotte Kidder, George and Robert.
She is survived by: her husband Stan of Plymouth, MA; her children, Steve Howland (Ivette) of South Portland, Donna Howland-Towne (Stephen) of Acton and Carol Kaufmann (Will) of Midlothian, VA.; and her grandchildren, Seth Howland, Lindsey Junkins, Jeremy Towne, Christopher Towne, Connor Kaufmann, Cameron Kaufmann and Christian Kaufmann.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the Alzheimer's Association or to Hospice of Southern Maine.
