She was predeceased by: her parent Adrian Plouffe; her husband Robert T. Jacobsen; her brothers, Louis "George" Plouffe and Marcel Plouffe; and her sister-in-law Gerry Plouffe.
She is survived by: her parent Germaine Plouffe (Cyrenne); her children, Michael Jacobsen (Dianne) of Denver, CO, Robert Jacobsen (Judy) of Edgewood, KY, Charles Jacobsen of South Portland, Thomas Jacobsen (Heidi) of Livermore, James Jacobsen of Durham, Pamela Russo (Michael) of Scarborough and Patricia Kaczmarek (Ronald) of Gorham; and her sister-in-law Louise Plouffe of Velma Plouffe. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
