He is survived by: his children, Bryant Cook (Beth), Michael Cook (Janice) and Wanda Cook; his significant other Georgia Jones; and his children, Barbara Cannon, Kim Scott, Dwight (Nicole), Tammy Jones, Darrell Hussey and Andrew (Brenda). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
