It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Devona Marie Downing (South Portland, Maine), who passed away on July 16, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Desjardins and Ellen Desjardins; her husband Mike; her brother Robert Desjardins of Long Island; and her cousin Philip "Flipper" Ouellette.
She is survived by: her friend Gene Carter (Judy); her children, Paula (Bill McKinley), Kimberly, Michael and Timothy (Carla); her grandchildren, Kent McKinley (Misty), Blaire McKinley and Austin Downing; and her siblings, Louise "Weezy" Way of New Gloucester and Paul Desjardins of Long Island. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Maine Heart Association.
