He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Francis and Dorothy Hatcher Francis; and his former wife Marion Francis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Maxwell of Scarborough; his children, Deborah Francis, Arthur Francis and Bill Francis of Florida; his grandsons, Dominick and Tyler of Florida; and his stepchildren, Matthew Maxwell of Windham, Jason Maxwell of Washington, Tim Maxwell of Cumberland and Mary of Washington. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren.
