She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A., Sr. and Violet I. Pettengill (Patt); her siblings, Carl, Bruce, Douglas and Ada (Guy Jr); and her sons, Stephen of Guy, III and Jeffrey Dennis.
She is survived by: her husband Guy W. Maxwell Jr.; her children, Betsy Jane of South Portland, Mary E. (Frank Reichert) of Buxton and Bruce; and her daughters-in-law, Chris of South Attleboro, MA and Linda Maxwell (Dan Francis). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
