It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Paul Webber of South Paris, Maine, born in Lewiston, Maine, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pauline, Gerald Kennison, Roy and Nora Mefford; and his nephew Tyler Knightly.
He is survived by: his parents, Joy Mefford and Leon Mefford; his sisters, Terri (Steve), Stephanie (Shannon), Kimmy and Angela (Mat); and his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Montana, Sydney, Jacob, Madison, Lauren, Wyatt, Isabelle, Brayden, Brody and Waylon. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
