He is survived by: his wife Rose Martin; his children, Susan Harvey (John) and Dean Martin (Dee); his grandchildren, Ashley Harvey, John Harvey Jr. and Alec Pontoo; his mother-in-law Janette Packard; and his pet Lacey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
