He was predeceased by: his father William Talley. He is survived by: his wife Anita Collette Talley of South Paris; his children, Jean-Marie Jones (Randy), Doreen Becker (Scott), Paul Talley Jr. (Sue) and David Talley (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Daniel, Benjamin, Randall, Melissa, Alexandra, Joshua, Jacob, Maria, Matthew, Jordan and Nicholas. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
