He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Howe and Rena Howe (Farrington); his daughter Paula; and his sister Olive Risko. He is survived by: his spouse Wynona Howe (Morgan); his sons, Gary (Michelle) and Clifford (Ruth); his grandchildren, Melissa, Amy Hanscom (David), Danna Howe (Jennifer), Samantha Wheelock (Tony), Zane (Liz), Christina Diaz and Richie Diaz; his great grandchildren, John Howe, Emma, Hannah Wheelock and Sadie Howe; and his brothers, Edwin Howe and Steve Howe (Joyce).
