He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Nelson Morgan and Anna Lowe Morgan; his wife Joan D. Cox; his siblings, Wallace Morgan and Ruth Leino; and his daughter Kim Blubaugh.
He is survived by: his close friend Carolyn Chadwick; his children, Robin Foster (Jim) and Martin Morgan; his daughter-in-law Pam (Vanessa Morgan); his brother Owen Morgan (Polly); his grandchildren, Brandi Thompson, Shawn Roak, Kylie Roak, William Rolfe (Alli Conley), Whitney Rolfe, David Blaquiere, Anastasia Hill and Gene Hill; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Anaiah, Jada, Brandon, Madilyn and Serenity; his nephew Donnie Morgan (Pam); and also Jerry Stevens.
