He is survived by: his father Roger Merrill; his children, Nicole Merrill Sanders (Chris) and Donnie Leavitt (Amanda); his siblings, Steven Merrill (Sharon), Joseph Merrill (Katie Humphrey) and Debra Wentworth (John); his former wife LeeAnn Merrill; his grandchildren, Aiden, David, Hunter, Liam, Finn Sanders, Lila, Damien Leavitt and Ariana Elsman (Steven); his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lucas, Leo and Carlo Elsman; his nieces, Sara Wentworth and Karianna Merrill; and his nephew Joey Merrill (Soma).
