Akers (South Paris, Maine), born in Rumford, Maine, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierre Lemay and Aline Lemay (Lizotte); and her brother Lawrence Norman Pierre Lemay. She is survived by: her husband Roger Akers; her children, Lisa Henderson, Edward Akers and Michael Akers (Melissa); her grandchildren, Michael (Sarah), Cheyanne Henderson, Samantha Silva (Alex), Cody Daniels, Madison Akers and Mollee Akers; her great grandchildren, Claire, Bailey Henderson, Carson Arel, Elliot and Alyssa Norton; and her sisters, Rose Casteel, Louise Horne (Stan), Gail Dakin and June Lemay.
