He is survived by: his wife Ann Ward; his children, Michelle Ward, Lisa Ward and James Edward Ward III (Heather Williams Ward); his granddaughters, Meagan Damon, Haley Ward and Leah Pelotte; his great grandchild Maxwell Trussell; and his brother Richard E Ward "Dickie". He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandson.
