He was predeceased by: his parents, Eudore and Cora; his grandson Dylan Leclerc; and his sister Agnes Jones. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Toussaint (Dudley) of South Berwick, Maine.; his children, Candy Leclerc (Robert) and Richard Toussaint, Jr. (Amy); his grandchildren, Jordan, Bailey and Jeremy; and his great grandchild Hunter.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Dick's name be made to the New Hampshire SPCA, 104 Portsmouth Avenue, Stratham, New Hampshire 03885.
