She is survived by: her husband Charles Lowell Neal of Rochester, NH; her daughters, Lucinda Jo Nadeau (Charles Nadeau) and Kandis Doricia Keith (Michael Keith); her brother Floyd Ramsdell (RuthAnn) of Rochester, NH.; and her grandchildren, Desiree N Lambert (CJ Geering), Wayne C Wellwood (Shelby Soulia), Bryanne M Horner (Chace Horner), Kaiden, Liam Horner, Abel and Alissa Wellwood.
