She was predeceased by: her parents, Everand Monk and Nettie Monk (Rich); her husband Wallace "Wally" Smith, Sr. of Turner; and her siblings, Jackie Gerry, Patty Kennedy, Vicky Goding, Rick Houghton and Benjamin "Butch" Monk.
She is survived by: her children, Carmen Louise McCraw (Charles), Owen "Chuck" Winslow Smith II (Donna) of Turner, Wallace "Skip" John Smith, Jr. (Darlene) of Solon and Anthony "Tony" Scott Smith of North Carolina; and her brother Persey "Buddy" R. Monk (Marcia) of Mason Twp. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
