He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy S. Moore, Sr. and Grace Moore (Seaver); his siblings, Leroy Moore Jr. and Virginia Naves; and his nephew Robert Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Moffat; his daughter Heather Anne Hill (Kevin) of Smithfield; his grandson Corey Dakota Rourke (Heather) of Oakland; and his great grandchild Quinn.
