She was predeceased by: her husband William "Ned" Moore; her parents, John Moffat and Uldene Buzzell; and her stepfather William "Bill" Willey. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Anne Hill (Kevin) of Smithfield; her grandson Corey Dakota Rourke (Heather) of Oakland; and her great grandchild Quinn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
