He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice F. Noonan and Katherine H. Noonan; his wife Joyce Cleveland; his children, Timothy, Margaret (Taylor) and James; his grandchildren, Delaney, Sydney, Zachary and Ethan; and his brothers, Kelly (Patty) and Vincent (Beverly).
