She is survived by: her parents, Percy Greenleaf Sr. and Lillian Erdine Smith (Doucette); her children, Hazel Mae Bouchard of Benton, Linda Marie Pelotte (Leo) of Oakland, Paul Jo James (Carl) of Whitefield and Richard Paul Bouchard of Winslow; her grandchildren, Jason Errol Clement, Jeremy Austin Clement (Jennifer Lyn), Dean Anthony Pelotte, William Pelotte, Heidi Lynn Pelotte, Jessica Logan, Jaymie Logan, Katrina Logan and Stephanie Libby; and her siblings, Hughy Doucette (Jackie), Percy Smith Jr., Floyd Smith (Alma), Stanley Smith, Robert Smith and Rita St.
