She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lizak; and her father John J. Guerrero Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Guerrero; her children, Aaron, Andrew, ShaeiLei and Sariah; her brothers, Sean and Morgan; and her grandchildren, Ryleigh Katheryn and Jase.
