He is survived by: his wife Debra; his sons, Jonathon and Shawn; his grandchildren, Jonathon Michael, Allyson, Lehla and Gabriel; his mother Doreen LeBlanc; his great-uncle Harold Campbell (Rachel); and his siblings, Ronald, Debra Perry, Mikey, Laurie, Louie and Lisa. He is also survived by father not only to his boys, but also to grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
