It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur E. Lowe of Skowhegan, Maine, born in Yarmouth, Maine, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Lowe and Edith Lowe (Stowell) of North Yarmouth; his spouse Jean Goudette Lowe; and his siblings, Robert, Richard, Norman, Ruth and Marion.
He is survived by: his niece Betty Roy (Lawrence); his sister Arlene Lowe; and his friend Terry Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
