He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Friedman (Peck). He is survived by: his father Dick Bentley of North Berwick; his wife Samantha Bentley (Shepard); his children, Tristan Pierce, Isabelle Pierce and Olivia Bentley; his stepfather Carlton Friedman; his parents-in-law, Martin and Debra Shepard; his sister Brooke; his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Lorenzo, Adriana and River; and his brothers-in-law, James Shepard and Josh Hager.
According to COVID-19 policies, masks will be required.
Memorial donations for the family are accepted and a trust will be set up shortly.
