He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lowell and Ruth Lowell (Moulton); his sister Glenda Randolph (Lowell); and his sons, Stacey and Harold Lowell.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Larson; his son Justin Lowell of Shapleigh, Maine; his granddaughters, Eliza and Isabelle Lowell; and his nephew Jack Randolph.
