We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, at the age of 36, Jennifer M. Rodgers of Shapleigh, Maine, born in Biddeford, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Scott Higgins; and her grandmothers, JoAnne Foglio and Carolyn Higgins. She is survived by: her husband Matthew Rodgers; her son Hazen Rodgers; her mother Denise Foglio; her siblings, Josie Higgins, Kelly Flagler (Stephen) and Jack Higgins; and her grandfathers, Doug Foglio Sr. and William Higgins. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
