He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Witham and Mildred "Lyford" Witham; his brother Carroll Witham (Kathryn); his children, Kevin Witham and Karen Witham; his grandson Christopher Martin; his great grandchild Chaz King; his siblings, Chester Witham, Maurice Witham and Margaret Witham Ingerson (David); his brother-in-law George Boyce; his brother Cal; his siblings-in-law, Betty Lawson and Neal Johnson; and his nephew James Witham.
He is survived by: his former wife Shirley "Watkins"; his wife Brenda; his children, Gary Witham (Jennifer), Gayla Baker (John) and Tammy Campbell; his stepson Rob Campbell; his son-in-law William Imsdahl; his sister Marilyn Wyman (Richard); his sisters-in-law, Margaret Witham and Barbara Boyce; his grandchildren, Celena, Tiarra, Jason, Tess, Daniel, Andrew, Zach, Casey, Peyton, Tatum, Nicole and Alex; and his niece Jenise McSorley.
